Payment Terms
To ensure clarity and transparency, our payment plan is as follows:

50% Deposit: A deposit is required upon order confirmation to secure your bespoke blinds or shutters.

40% on Product Arrival: Payment is due when your products arrive, prior to the scheduled installation.

10% Upon Completion: The remaining balance is due upon successful completion of installation.
No Refunds: As all our products are bespoke and made to order, we do not offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
